Private Inquiry
Share what is happening in the household, what feels difficult, and what you would like to improve.

Thoughtful systems, refined environments, and discreet support for private residences, principals, and families who value ease, continuity, and intention.

Especially valuable for households that have outgrown informal systems, are preparing to hire staff, or need stronger infrastructure before adding more people.
How an Engagement Works
You do not need to know which service to choose before reaching out. We begin with the household need, then shape the engagement around it.
Share what is happening in the household, what feels difficult, and what you would like to improve.
We clarify priorities, scope, timing, and whether an assessment, project, or ongoing support is the right fit.
I review the residence, current systems, vendors, routines, and operational gaps, then build a tailored action plan.
We put the agreed systems, documentation, organization, and coordination into place with as little disruption as possible.
You receive a clear closeout, maintenance recommendations, and next-step options if continued support would be useful.
When to Bring Me In
Your career or business has grown faster than the systems supporting home life.
You are preparing to hire household staff and want stronger infrastructure first.
Household knowledge, preferences, and vendor information live mostly in one person’s head.
A move, second residence, renovation, or lifestyle transition has created operational gaps.
Restocking, maintenance, guest readiness, vendors, or recurring home tasks feel inconsistent.
The residence functions, but it requires too much mental bandwidth to keep it that way.

Who I Serve

What This Is
What This Is Not
For Advisors, Agencies & Referral Partners
If a client mentions household overwhelm, inconsistent operations, an upcoming staff hire, a move, or a residence that no longer supports the pace of their life, you do not need to sell the service or diagnose the solution.
Make the introduction. I will take it from there with discretion, assess fit, and recommend an appropriate next step.
Make a Private IntroductionDiscretion & Confidentiality
Household routines, family details, staff information, vendor relationships, residence documentation, access information, and personal preferences are treated as confidential. Information is collected only as needed to complete the agreed work and is handled with discretion throughout the engagement.
Engagements may be completed locally, through a hybrid advisory model, or by arrangement for select domestic and international residences.

Meet Dia
With a background spanning psychology, healthcare, hospitality, operations, and high-touch client support, I approach the home as more than a physical space. The way a household flows affects the people living and working inside it.
My work brings together structure, discretion, hospitality, and an understanding of human behavior to create systems that feel natural to the household — not imposed on it.
“The goal is not simply an organized home. It is a home that gives something back to the people living in it.”
Selected Experience
The advisory practice is informed by a multidisciplinary background rather than a single household function.
High-touch guest service and discretion shaped through luxury hospitality, including Ritz-Carlton environments.
Experience supporting individuals and families in private-home and healthcare settings where trust, calm, privacy, and attentiveness matter.
Operational leadership experience overseeing more than 100 staff across scheduling, onboarding, compliance, payroll coordination, and day-to-day service delivery.
Experience across high-touch client support, billing and records, executive support, accounts receivable, SOP development, onboarding, and office operations.
NDA-friendly. Résumé available upon request. Household, vendor, staff, and personal information is handled on a need-to-know basis throughout the engagement.
Illustrative Engagements
These are examples of how the advisory can be used, not client case studies.
Build the household manual, service standards, vendor information, principal preferences, and recurring systems before new staff step into the residence.
Capture what currently lives in one person’s memory — routines, vendors, inventory, preferences, maintenance, guest standards — and turn it into usable household infrastructure.
Re-establish operations after a move, second-residence setup, renovation, staffing change, or period of rapid personal or professional growth.
A Considered Home, Beyond Operations
My approach to residence care also considers the everyday sensory environment of the home. Through Orphika, I offer bespoke home and body pieces created for more intentional daily practices and a thoughtfully cared-for space.
These pieces are entirely separate from advisory engagements and are never required as part of the service. If this is something you or your clients may be interested in, please feel free to ask me about Orphika during our consultation.

When I accepted a new position, I had less than three weeks to relocate and start my new role. Dia stepped in and made the entire transition feel manageable.
She helped me narrow down apartments based on how I actually live, built relationships with leasing agents, and once I chose a place, made sure everything was set up so I could arrive and focus on my new job.
What impressed me most were the things I wouldn't have thought about myself. She sourced and interviewed house cleaners, found my barber and a natural hair stylist, researched dry cleaners, and identified restaurants and places that have since become my regular spots.
She also understood that staying organized doesn't come naturally to me. Rather than simply telling me to be more organized, she created intentional systems around how I actually function. She was thoughtful about creating a calm, regulated space—from where things belong to the plants, fixtures and small details that reinforce my routines and make my home easier to maintain.
Dia didn't just help me relocate. She helped me live well in my home and in a new city. She anticipated needs I didn't know to ask about and created the kind of support that allowed me to focus on my career while feeling settled in the rest of my life.
